How billing works
- Plans are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe and renew automatically.
- Adding a local business is charged right away for the rest of your billing period.
- Removing a local business takes effect right away, with no refund for the current period.
- On-demand tasks reset on the first of each month (UTC). Failed or canceled tasks don’t count.
- Weekly client service keeps running even if on-demand tasks run out.
- Cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
- Prices don’t include taxes.
Questions about billing
What counts as an on-demand task?
A new task, each item in a batch, a revision you request on on-demand work, and a report correction. Weekly service steps, automatic retries, and quality checks don’t count.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Send a request from Plan & billing in your workspace, and we’ll reply within one business day.
Is there a free trial?
No. We set up your workspace with you. Design partner terms are agreed directly with the founder.
Who pays for the AI usage?
AI usage is included in your plan and its on-demand tasks. You don’t buy tokens or manage an AI provider account.
