We're looking for one or two intermediaries who already carry operational responsibility for a portfolio of e-commerce merchants — an agency, a 3PL, or an OMS provider — to build the first white-label AI ops team with us.

What we need from you

  • Real exception volume from real merchants. This only works on live operations.
  • Someone on your team who will tell us bluntly when the output isn't good enough.
  • Patience with a product that is being built while you use it.

Being straight with you

  • No agency or merchant is running on AgentBiz in production today. You would be the first.
  • The merchant-facing portal on your own domain is on the roadmap, not shipped. Design partners decide what it looks like.
  • Brand invisibility applies to the product surface. Contracts and data-processing disclosures generally have to name subprocessors — we won't pretend otherwise.
